If you’ve never tried an escape game, it’s an activity you’ve got to try at least once in your life!
Also known as an “escape game” or “escape room”, escape games are the equivalent of a 3D board game, where participants have to think and find clues in a room in order to solve an enigma. Solving the riddle within the allotted time grants victory to the participants.
At BoulZeye, we have 4 escape rooms, each with a different level of difficulty to appeal to all members of the family. Read on to discover the scenario for each of our rooms!
ANTIDOTE
Do you have what it takes to defeat Dr. Brandt and save the world from an ultra-destructive chemical war?
With a difficulty level of 6.8 out of 10 and a success rate of almost 50%, Antidote is our easiest room, according to participants and staff alike.
In this scenario, Dr. Walter Brandt, a high-ranking U.S. government officer and chemical weapons specialist, has developed powerful viruses capable of eliminating enemy forces with deadly speed and precision. Now a swindler, Dr. Brandt is a threat to the United States and indeed to the entire human race.
Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to outwit Dr. Brandt and save the entire world from possible extinction.
TH3 C0D3
You’ve been accused of the biggest digital piracy in U.S. history! Can you get away with it?
TH3 C0D3 has a difficulty level of 7.3 out of 10 and a success rate of 39%.
As you enter the room, you’ll be treated to a local news bulletin, but this is suddenly cut off to make way for a video presenting a completely different type of information. Tune in! This video will better explain the situation you’ve just stumbled into.
BUDAPEST EXPRESS
You’re on board the luxury Budapest Express train when a murder occurs. Can you find the murderer?
The Budapest Express escape room pays tribute to the famous trans-European train of the 1930s. Its difficulty level is rated 8 out of 10, and its success rate is 32%.
In this scenario, you play detectives en route to Budapest to take part in an event that will showcase the latest developments in forensic crime scene identification.
During the night, as the train passes through a heavy snowstorm, there’s a knock at your door. It’s the captain. He needs your help.
MURDER AT THE MANSION
Do you think you have what it takes to find the family murderer before you’re trapped and lose your inheritance?
Murder at the Manor is our most challenging room, with a difficulty level of 9 out of 10 and a success rate of just 8%. This escape game is perfect for those who love a challenge!
In this room, you are Robert Montgomerie, direct heir to the Montgomerie family estate and fortune. To celebrate the new millennium, you attend a family reunion organized by your grandfather. You’re toasting your glasses when you hear a scream. You go to the manor library to find your grandfather dead, and everything points to murder…
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BOULZEYE’S ESCAPE GAMES
HOW TO CHOOSE A VENUE?
We advise you to choose your venue according to the number of participants. If you’re bringing young children, it’s best to choose a room with a lower level of difficulty, like Antidote, so that they too can participate and have fun.
If you’re bringing teenagers or young adults, you can choose a room with a higher level of difficulty, or one that’s more to your liking.
If you’re coming with your family, we always recommend a ratio of one adult per child, to make it easier to solve the rooms.
A minimum of 2 players is required for escape games and a maximum of 6 players per room.
HOW LONG DOES EACH GAME LAST?
You have one hour to complete your room, regardless of the scenario you choose.
HOW MUCH DOES AN ESCAPE GAME COST?
