Hacker-Themed Escape Room at BoulZeye Montreal

January 23, 2015, Cambridge, Massachusetts.

A local news broadcast opens the way it always does, delivered by an anchor with a well-rehearsed tone: “You’re watching KDKA, Boston’s most trusted source for local news! An alarming story is coming out of Cambridge today.” Then, without warning, the picture cuts out. The real footage begins.

A network held hostage

A hacker has infiltrated the station’s systems and is threatening to broadcast a message across the entire network unless their demands are met. The station’s engineers are out of their depth: the usual safeguards are no longer enough.

Your team is called in as backup to regain control before it’s too late. Cables, terminals, clues hidden throughout the server room: every detail matters as you trace the hacker and cut off access before the live broadcast goes out.

A game built for analytical minds

L3 C0D3 leans on logic, observation, and teamwork rather than a narrative-driven atmosphere. A great pick for groups who enjoy taking apart mechanisms and solving technical puzzles.
