The price :
During your event, participants will play bowling for three hours, for a value of $ 15. Therefore, we suggest that you sell the tickets between $ 25 each to ensure profitability. Guests will not be outraged as this is a fundraiser and they want to contribute. In addition, we will give you 112 pre-printed tickets (16 aisles X 7 people) that you will have to sell. So you will only have to pay for the number of lanes sold, and give us the rest of the tickets.
Examples of profit calculation: Bowling
Ticket price: $ 25
Number of people: 16 lanes of 7 people = 112pers.
Income: $ 25 X 112pers. = $ 2800
Price per lane (as an example): 16 lanes X $ 115 = $ 1,840
Profit: $ 2800 – $ 1840 = $ 960
Shoe rental fees are $ 3.15, normally paid by participants once there. If you want to simplify the process and include this amount, you should adjust the price of the tickets sold accordingly. Otherwise, your profit will be reduced by $ 3.15 per person. To avoid confusion during the event, we advise you to mention this when selling tickets.
Possibility of increasing profits: LaserTag + Half-Half
It is possible to add LaserTag games to your bowling-a-thon! It’s very simple, we charge you $6.50 per person for 1 LaserTag session (2 games of 7min.). Knowing that the regular price is $13 you will be able to sell tickets for your fundraiser at a higher price including the LaserTag.
Example: $ 15 X 50 pers. = $ 750 – $ 7.50 X 50pers. = $ 375
Profit: $ 375
You can bring your coupon roulette or buy one there for $ 10, and get 50 and 50.
Half and half example: $ 5 X 112pers. = $ 560 ÷ 2 = $ 280
We offer a gift certificate by fundraising. These are gift certificates valued at $ 105, giving access to a bowling alley (maximum of 6 players) for a period of 3 hours.
Total Profit = $ 960 + $ 375 + $ 280 = $ 1615
