Select the configuration of your room whatever the event to be organized.
Several options are available to you. The most common configurations:
1- Theatre – show:
Juxtaposition of chairs in rows for maximum seating. This provision is classic and adapted for the launch of a new product, sharing annual targets … Our room can accommodate up to 150 guests in this configuration.
2- Classes or schools:
Work tables, in rows. This provision requires a larger space since the participants have tables on which they can write. This arrangement is perfect for a learning environment where note taking is involved. Our current capacity allows us to accommodate a class of 80 participants.
3- U shape configuration:
In this configuration, all guests can see each other, which promotes interaction. The U shape is ideal for your small committees, allowing for rich exchanges, and perfect for facilitating interaction between guests and hosts. The layout of the room allows us to accommodate up to 30 people. It is equipped with a sound system, wireless microphones and a video projector at no extra cost. This arrangement is ideal for intense work sessions.
4- As a panel:
For small meetings, participants are grouped around a central table.
5- Banquets or rectangular tables:
Work teams are setup around rectangular tables of 6 or 8 people. This allows the group to eat breakfast or take a break while working and listening to the speaker. This way, work by table and teams is facilitated.
6- Standing Shows:
Empty room with a 12 x 16 stage for 200 to 250 people.
7- Dance Evenings:
A combination of tables and dance floor. Capacity of 70 to 150 people.
8- Family dinners or parties:
We can welcome groups of 50 to 150 people with tables and service.
Meetings, launches, cocktails, buffets, awards, press conferences, seminars, conferences, workshops, training, symposiums, general assemblies, etc.
